Welcome to Sweat HB!

A Huntington Beach fitness studio offering a high intensity, calorie burning, sweat inducing, body sculpting, fitness experience through pilates and indoor cycling.  The energy is high, the music is loud and you are guaranteed to sweat!


You need high intensity training to build lean muscle and reshape your body as a whole. Our classes propel your fitness results to the next level as you sweat through a range of dynamic movements that target muscle groups simultaneously and continually to maximize your calorie burn, resulting in a flexible, balanced, lean, toned, powerful, sexy body!


We offer a full schedule of classes six days per week and provide something for everyone regardless of age, condition or fitness level. Our certified instructors and knowledgeable staff motivate, challenge, and inspire students to achieve optimal health and happiness.   


Our studio utilizes state-of-the-art equipment - such as Balanced Body® custom reformers, spring walls, EXO® pilates chairs, RealRyder® bikes and more - in combination with a modern understanding of human biomechanics to deliver the remarkable healing power of exercise.


Sweat HB is not one of the large corporate Orange County Gyms, where you’re just another member and just another payment. This studio is not just a place to exercise, we’re a true community. We are committed to helping every student get the most out of their time in the studio.
