Whether you're looking to build speed and power, need to address knee and ankle issues, or want some super-fun cardio, try our reformer jump class. By fastening our jump boards to the end of the reformer, we add a cardio component to our regular SweatHB Pilates class.
Using the principles of plyometrics and Pilates together, you'll burn some serious calories.
The jump board takes gravity out of the equation, so you put less stress on your joints as you strengthen and tone your arms, legs, and core.
It a fun, low-impact cardio workout!
You'll enjoy a full-body workout on our custom Balanced Body® reformers while our class reshapes your body, builds strength, and helps you gain flexibility. You'll learn how to properly engage your muscles and align your body with each movement.
Our classes are designed to flow from one exercise to the next, while our instructors encourage and challenge you! You'll become lean, flexible, and strong as you strengthen your deep muscular structure with each exercise.
You'll also burn calories all day long!
Our tower/chair class is not for beginners! You'll use all the basic Pilates principles but with much more difficult equipment - a Balanced Body traditional tower and EXO® chairs. Your challenge will be to stabilize and control each move with tougher springs.
The tower and chair and the toughest Pilates equipment we have, and they will build your core strength, as well as your arms and legs. You also will increase your flexibility and stability.
This class kicks butt!
We combine a traditional Pilates tower and chair with a bit of reformer jump and a Power Plate for this class, which will give you a complete workout. Whether you're a beginner or an elite athlete, our whole-body vibration technology will help you achieve your goals.
Plus, the patented multi-directional vibration means you can exercise with less chance of strain or injury!
This class will lengthen and gently work your entire body while instilling the importance of purposeful breathing. Taught at a slower pace, this reformer class will help you identify and work on imbalances in your body and allow you to focus on connecting movement with your breath.
You'll walk out feeling stretched, energized within your body, and calmer in your mind.
Restorative Pilates gives you the opportunity to check in with your body and listen to its specific needs. If you have had a hard day or simply want to give your body an active recovery, this is the class for you!
